New Normal Policies
We have taken lessons from the past 2 years and established cleaner, safer practices than before. We are back to full capacity and our little waiting area and refreshments have returned. For appointments, you can walk right in without calling from outside, and we won’t do a temperature or symptom check at the door.
We do ask that you stay home if you have even the smallest cold, to prevent spreading anything.
We do have a strict cancellation policy, even if you are sick. Appointments cancelled within 24 hours will result in a $50 cancellation fee or the price of the service, whichever is less. Please cancel outside of the 24 hour period if you think there is a chance you won’t feel well on your appointment day.
Our employees are encouraged to also check their own sense of wellbeing with as much notice as possible. We tell all employees to stay home even if they have a tiny cold, and we pay employees for sick leave, which is Colorado law. We will do our best to have another stylist take care of you if your original stylist is sick.
Sometimes employees may wear masks, for example, before or after traveling, or when returning from sick leave. Clients also sometimes wear masks for any manner of reasons. We also have extra masks in the salon if you prefer to wear one in the space, or if you would rather switch your mask out for a disposable one. This is entirely optional for everyone.
We do have up to 5 clients at a time in our styling area, where clients are approximately 4 feet from the next client, and stylists are sometimes brushing elbows. If you prefer an appointment on a quieter day in the salon, just text us to ask what days you may prefer. (970)453-2660.
