Can I really Book My Wedding Online?

Yes. Simply choose your services and wedding date. Once booked, we’ll send a consultation form to finalize your details, inspiration photos, timeline, and travel arrangements. If you have trouble finding what you need, you can always email us and Brynn will help you: info@bcbsalon.com. If your date does not appear to be available, get on the waitlist, or use the “Inquire” button above.

Do you travel for services?

Yes, we travel for 2+ hairstyles or 2+ makeups. We offer in-salon services for all size hair and makeup parties. Summit County Travel is included in travel package pricing.

What is included in the price?

All bridal services include long/thick hair styling or adding your clip in extensions to hair services, adding false eyelashes for makeup, and gratuity. Travel packages include travel within Summit County. Trial appointments are booked separately. Travel outside of Summit County will be an additional $2/mile. Email us for an exact travel quote for your location.

Do you travel outside of summit county?

Yes. For outside of Summit County, do not book yourself online. Email us info@bcbsalon.com to see if we can travel to your destination. If yes, we will send you the additional travel fee quote, which will be around $2/mile round trip. Then we will send you a booking link to complete payment and reserve the time.

How do I prepare my hair for styling?

1. If you usually wash your hair every day, please have clean, dry hair for this occasion.

2. If you usually wash your hair less than every day, please wash your hair the day before services, and don't use a flat iron or curling iron. Blow drying is okay.

3. If you wash your hair on the day of services, make sure your hair is dry by at least 15 minutes before your service is schedule to begin. Otherwise, we may have to switch appointment times last minute to allow you to dry your hair, which can cause stress and delay for the bridal party.

How do I prepare my face for makeup?

1. Diligently cleanse and moisturize your face every evening and morning for a month up to the wedding so you will have smooth, clear skin.

2. Drink more water than usual, starting a week before traveling to Breck, and continuing through the rehearsal festivities. Hydrate your body for glowing skin.

3. Travel with the same skin products you normally use.

4. The night before the wedding, remove makeup, cleanse, and moisturize.

5. In the morning, before your makeup service, cleanse and moisturize your face.

How much is the extra travel fee for further distances?

Please email us for an exact quote. We typically charge $2/mile from Summit County to the getting-ready location. If more than 60 minutes of driving is needed, we may add the cost of one night of lodging near the getting-ready location.

What is your cancellation policy?

80% of travel wedding day booking price is refundable with at least 4 weeks notice. 20% of the price is NON-refundable any time after payment. Within 4 weeks of the wedding, 100% of the payment is non-refundable.

Can You “Pencil me in” Or reserve my date before paying?

No. The only way to reserve your date is with payment in full through our secure online booking site. We can not reserve time without payment.

What if I want to add more services after my initial booking?

This is not possible on the wedding day. If 48 hours or more ahead, just call, text, or email us, and we will gladly try. If there is time, we will add the new services and send you a link to complete the booking with payment. There is no guarantee unless we confirm in advance, because our stylists book other appointments after weddings. Please plan ahead and ask your friends and family multiple times.

if someone in my party cancels at the last minute, Can I be refunded for that person?

We recommend asking someone who is attending your wedding to fill in and have the service instead. No refunds are given within 4 weeks of the wedding. With 4 weeks or more notice, we will refund 80% of the paid price. 20% of paid price is not refundable.
