Q: Will your stylists travel to my wedding site?
A: YES! We are happy to come to you. Travel fees apply per stylist when services are performed outside of the salon. We serve all locations in Summit and Eagle Counties. Other locations are available, and priced upon request. $35 Summit County/$45 Eagle County
Q: What is the $200 deposit for?
A: The deposit reserves the stylists' time and is deducted from the total service costs on the wedding day.
Q: Can other people in my wedding party get their hair done?
A: Absolutely! We would love to style your entire wedding party, from moms to bridesmaids to your little flower girls. Let us know how many people in your wedding party and what services they would like at the time of booking to make sure we have enough time for everyone. All appointments are $85 and the flower girl (12 and under) is $55.
Q: What if day-of services reserved are less than $200?
A: If a bride is not scheduling a bridal party, or only the bride and one other person receive one service each, the deposit accepted will be the total for services scheduled.
Q: How do I prepare my hair before styling?
A: For the most beautiful, long-lasting style, arrive with clean, dry hair. Do not use any hot tools including a curling iron or flat iron before receiving your professional hair style.
Q: How long does each service take?
A: We schedule most on-site hair styling and makeup appointments in 45-minute increments.
Q: What if I only want eye makeup, not face makeup, concealer, or foundation?
A: In order to reserve time for any makeup application, the price is $85. If you want to wait and see if there is extra time on the day, you can ask the stylist in person, however, in order to guarantee time is reserved, each 45-min appointment is $85.
Q: What if I only want eyelashes?
A: Eyelashes can be booked with a makeup service. We don’t reserve time just for eyelashes without a makeup application. However, if there is extra time available on the day of services, you can ask your stylist for eyelashes. Temporary eyelash application is $25.
Q: Can the contract and the deposit be taken separately?
A: Yes, the deposit will reserve the bride’s services. The contract will reserve the wedding party services.
Q: What if one person wants to cancel or change their appointment?
A: As a very busy salon during wedding season, we have to plan our schedules far in advance. Any cancelations/changes made within three months of the wedding date will be charged as originally booked. Upgrades will be provided if there is time available.
Q: Should I tip my stylist?
A: A 20 % automatic gratuity will be charged for on-site services. This will be included in the invoice, sent prior to the wedding date. Payment is accepted the day of services, before services begin.
Q: When should I pay, if a stylist is on-site?
A: For your convenience, one stylist will accept payment for all party services in the morning before services begin.
Q: When should I pay for in-salon services?
A: When services are performed in the salon, payments are accepted individually, as services are completed.
Q: Are the prices the same in the salon as on-site?
A: No. On-site services are reserved by the appointment slot, and are $85 for any hair style, whether all up, half up, or all down. The only exceptions are the bridal style which is $100, and the flower girl if 12 years or younger, is $55. Makeup prices are the same in the salon and on-site; $85.
Q: Is there a special rate for the mother of the bride?
A: All bridal party appointments (including moms, sisters, future in-laws and best friends!) are $85, the bride is $100, and the flower girl (12 and under) is $55.
Q: We all want to get manicures and pedicures the day before the wedding. Is there a group rate?
A: Yes, based on the number of people in your wedding party and the services provided. Please inquire at the time of booking.
Q: What if my bridesmaid has super short/fine hair?
A: All on-site appointments are charged based on time. To reserve the time, it’s $85 per appointment. If you want to wait and see if there is extra time on the day, you can ask the stylist in person, however in order to guarantee time is reserved, each hair appointment is $85.
Q: My bridesmaid just wants curls. Do we still need an appointment?
A: You are paying to reserve a stylist’s time. If you want to wait and see if there is extra time on the day, you can ask the stylist in person, however in order to guarantee time is reserved, each 45-min appointment is $85.
Q: How much are hair extensions?
A: The best option for temporary hair extensions for brides are human hair clip-ins. This is $175, including color matching during hair trial, day-of installation, and cutting to blend. This is in addition to trial, and day-of hair styling.
Q: How are extensions reserved?
A: A $100 non-refundable deposit is paid in advance and $75 is paid the day of service/installation.
Q: What if I already have hair extensions?
A: Our stylists are experienced in styling hair with extensions. Let us know if a member of your party plans to have extensions when receiving their formal style. Incorporating extensions may take longer, depending on the desired result, and may incur an extra charge of $25. Be sure not to install artificial hair extensions prior to your appointment, as they will melt when touched with a styling iron.
