Wedding Day

Q:  Will your stylists travel to my wedding site?

A:  YES! We are happy to come to you. Travel fees apply per stylist when services are performed outside of the salon. We serve all locations in Summit and Eagle Counties. Other locations are available, and priced upon request. $40 Summit County/$65 Eagle County or Denver

Q:  Can other people in my wedding party get their hair done?

A:  Absolutely!  We would love to style your entire wedding party, from moms to bridesmaids to your little flower girls.  Let us know how many people in your wedding party and what services they would like at the time of booking to make sure we have enough time for everyone.  All traveling hair appointments are $85. When booking in the salon, a quick flower girl style (12 and under) is $55.

Q: How do I prepare my hair before styling?

A:  For the most beautiful and long-lasting style, arrive with clean/dry hair. Do not use any hot tools, including a curling iron or flat iron, before receiving your professional hair style.

Q: What if one person wants to cancel or change their appointment?

A: As a very busy salon during wedding season, we have to plan our schedules far in advance.  Any cancellations or changes made within three months of the wedding date will be charged as originally booked. Upgrades will be provided if there is time available. It is a good idea to make sure everyone booked for services understands this policy.

Q: Should I tip my stylist?

A: A 20 % automatic gratuity will be charged for wedding services. This will be listed in the invoice, sent prior to the wedding date. This leaves nothing to pay on the wedding day. No additional tip is expected.

Q: What if I only want eye makeup, not face makeup, concealer, or foundation?

A: In order to guarantee time is reserved, each makeup appointment is $125 for Wedding Party and $130 for the bride. Airbrush or regular makeup and temporary lashes are included in both of these prices. We do not differentiate timing or price between a natural or glamour look. In order for professional makeup artists to stand behind their work, and know it will photograph beautifully in every light, they apply makeup evenly on the face, not just certain areas.

Q: What if I only want eyelashes?

A: Eyelashes are included with any makeup service. We don’t reserve time just for eyelashes without a makeup application. Optionally, if there is extra time available on the day of services, you may ask the stylist to apply eyelashes over your own makeup. Temporary eyelash application is $25.

Q:  How long does each service take?

A: We schedule hair appointments and makeup appointments in 30-45 minute increments each, with the exception of Bridal and and Bridal makeup, which take 1 hour each.

Q:  What if my relative has super short/fine hair?

A:  For a short hair style on-location, we book a Special Event Style ($85). For short hair in-salon, we can book a Blowout with Curls ($58) or Special Event Style ($85).

Q: What if we just get curls?    

A:  You are paying to reserve a stylist’s time. In order to guarantee time is reserved, each 45min appointment on location is booked as a Special Event Style for $85. For appointments in the salon, a blowout with curls may be booked for $58.

Q:  What is the 50% deposit for?   

A:  The deposit reserves the time for your party’s services so no other appointments will overlap with yours on the wedding day.

Q: Can the booking form and the deposit be taken separately?

A: No, the bridal booking form must be fully completed and 50% of invoice total is due upon booking.

Q: Are the prices the same in the salon as on-site?

A: Not for hair styling. On-site services are reserved by the appointment slot, rather than service type, and are $85 for any hair style other than the bride, whether all up, half up, or all down, bridesmaid, mother, or flower girl. A blowout (starting with clean, damp hair) on-site is $85. A flower girl on-site is $85. Makeup prices are the same in the salon and on-site.

Q: Is there a special rate for the mother of the bride?

A: For the mother of the bride or groom, on location, we book a Special Event Style ($85). Some mothers of the bride/groom with short hair opt for a Blowout with Curls ($58) in the salon. However, all on location bridal party hair appointments (including moms, sisters, future in-laws and best friends!) are booked as Special Event Styles, $85.

Q:  We all want to get manicures and pedicures the day before the wedding.  Is there a group rate?

A:  Yes, based on the number of people in your wedding party and the services provided.  Please inquire at the time of booking.

Q: When should I pay, if a stylist is on-location?

A: When the wedding day services are booked, a 50% deposit is paid. The remaining balance is paid 30 days prior to the wedding day.A 20% gratuity and applicable travel fee will be charged for traveling services. This will be included in the invoice that is paid in full 30 days before the wedding date so there are no loose ends to worry about.

Q: When should I pay for in-salon services?

A: When services are performed in the salon, group booking policies remain; 50% deposit, and balance paid 30 days prior to the wedding day, including 20% automatic gratuity. That way there are no loose ends on the big day.

Hair Extensions

Q: How much are hair extensions?

A:  The best option for temporary hair extensions for brides are human hair clip-ins. This is $175, including color matching during hair trial, day-of installation, and cutting to blend. This is in addition to the Bridal Hairstyle.

Q: How are clip-in extensions reserved?    

A:  A $100 Deposit is paid in advance and $75 is paid upon installation.

Q: What if I already have hair extensions?

A:   Our stylists are experienced in styling hair with extensions. Let us know if a member of your party plans to have extensions when receiving their formal style. Incorporating extensions may take longer, depending on the desired result, and may incur an extra charge of $25. Be sure not to install artificial hair extensions prior to your appointment, as they will melt when touched with a styling iron.
